Terrell Owens Possible Destinations
A lot has been made about where Terrell Owens might end up and whether he’s worth it for any team to pick up after a dismal 2009 campaign in Buffalo. Well, first of all, that dismal campaign wasn’t all that bad.
T.O. was being thrown to by 2 QB’s that probably wouldn’t make back-up for any other team in the league (except the Lions, of course). Ryan Fitzpatrick and Trent Edwards split the snaps about 50/50 due to injury and performance. Both had a 70ish QB rating and both had more INT than TD.
T.O. had pretty good stats considering those two guys being the signal callers. He pulled in 55 catches for 829 yards with 5 TD. All of those are down relative to T.O. expectations and career averages, but he did have better numbers than the fast and very talented Lee Evans. T.O. Also pulled down a 9 catch 197 yard game with a 98 yard TD catch.
I think NFL teams know his value much better than the typically wrong media, and they also understand T.O.’s attitude weaknesses better than most NFL fans. But eventually Terrell will land on a team, and these are the ones that he can help the most. (Keep in mind T.O. wants a 4 million contract and to be in playoff contention)

Two More Great Lebron Spoofs (Videos)
I don’t think America/the World is ready to stop hearing about Lebron James and his media antics the last few weeks. And here to comply, I’ve got two more great spoofs.
First takes the footage of Hul Hogan defecting to the WWF or some wrestling federation years and year ago, dubbed over with Wade/Bosh/Lebron faces and names. Hilarious: Read the rest of this entry »

Why MLB Is Irrelevant: George Carlin Explains
No one really knows why people like NFL so much more than MLB (unless you’ve ever watched MLB games, or any NFL games). George Carlin does, and he goes through the differences between football and baseball in this stand-up routine giving us the REAL reasons why men hate baseball:
Record Low All-Star Ratings: Why No One Cares About Baseball (Still)
Tuesday night’s MLB all-star game garnered the lowest EVER ratings for an MLB all-star game, EVER. The all-star game got a 7.5 rating and a 13 share. That’s down 16% from last year (8.9/15) and down from the previous low of 8.1/14 in 2005.
So who cares? Well, no one, really. That’s the whole point. No one cares about baseball, and even the self-proclaimed “best all star game” isn’t drawing the same fans as years past. Even though baseball is the only sport in the summer it still cant get fans to turn on the TV’s. Back in 1967, when Nielsen first started their TV ratings baseball garnered a 25.6 rating.
In comparison to sports going on in the summer, “The Decision” by Lebron James and his posse got a 9.9 rating (raising 3 million for charity) last Thursday.
So why didn’t anyone watch the all-star game? This should be easy: Read the rest of this entry »
“The Decision” As Mocked By Simmons On SportsNation And Steve Carell On ESPY’s
A lot has been made about Lebron and his “decision” and the incredible backlash that ensued. Bill Simmons had a great mockery of it with his decision on SportsNation as to whether he would re-up on his Clippers tickets for the upcoming season, or change to another team.
Steve Carell with Paul Rudd on the ESPY’s also mocked it with some shameless restaurant plugs.
